GIF Anim screenrecord workflow

SimpleScreenRecorder settings:
- Record a fixed rectangle ( setup the zone )
- 15FPS (Low framerate)
- check Record cursor
- uncheck Record audio
(next panel, → continue )
- Container : Other → Avi
- Codec : Other → libXvid
- BitRate: 5000
- check allow frame skipping
... then record and get the *.avi file.

QGifer settings:
- Load the *.avi file
- In toolbox (sidebar with docker)
- (Preview Properties) Set 15 FPS, check 'keep aspect ratio', check 'loop all'
- ( Margin ) Remove the margin
- ( Output Properties ) setup start frame and end frame number, check Keep ratio
To finalise/render : Menu > Edit > Extract Gif , last dialog allow optimisation on size before save ( skip FPS )
